Design and draw for new construction and retrofitting projects.

Manage and supervise project execution per approved designs.

Perform structural integrity and safety assessments.

Design retrofitting solutions for structural enhancement and compliance.

Select construction materials ensuring durability and standards compliance.

Prepare estimation and cost analysis.

Develop shop drawings and as-built documentation.

14

Prepare schematic, sectional, and isometric diagrams.

15

Coordinate with MEP and other building services.

16

Prepare authority submission drawings for approvals.
